The mini-intellects of the 21st century\u2019s NATO-based trans-Atlantic oligarchy are victims of the \u201cScarface Syndrome\u201d\u2014&#8221;Never start consuming your own product.\u201d When you think you are steering the <em>Titanic<\/em>, you don\u2019t even register the need to change direction, until it\u2019s too late, at best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What must be done, as Global NATO racks up failure after failure, is to assemble all good people within \u201cthe belly of the beast\u201d of the trans-Atlantic failed states, to take back their governments. An Intercontinental <a href=\"https:\/\/eir.news\/r\/1616d135?m=e6e885ec-2936-49b8-84d1-b2a9369836e5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>Council of Reason<\/u><\/a>, whether formal or improvised, must come into existence, that becomes, and provides, what the late U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark once called \u201ca fertile engine of ideas\u201d\u2014a term he used to describe those various organizational ventures associated with Lyndon LaRouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hopeful signs registered in the recent meetings of the <a href=\"\/?page_id=99395\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">International Peace Coalition<\/a>, which have attracted representatives from 50 nations, and in the increasing support and initiative of either independent candidates for office, or new institutions emerging in the \u201cGlobal South,\u201d indicate the existence of a world outside of the \u201cFlatland\u201d of geopolitics. There is a tangible, if not material, complex domain of action, from within which apparent \u201cmiracles\u201d can be accomplished by those who realize that it is their commitment to that higher domain\u2019s \u201cnarrow path,&#8221;\u2014just their individual talents or capabilities\u2014that makes these miracles possible. The physical-economic solutions, including the successful development of thermonuclear fusion power, that were characteristic of the proposals of economist Lyndon LaRouche, including his 1975 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/eir.news\/r\/2e18b5ac?m=e6e885ec-2936-49b8-84d1-b2a9369836e5\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Oasis Plan for the Middle East<\/u><\/a> (which referenced \u201ccontrolled thermonuclear reactions\u201d as a central component), flow from that higher domain of new physical principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To avoid the impending thermonuclear war, we must think differently. There is a difference between thinking and acting poetically, and thinking and acting prosaically. On a call held last night by Independent U.S. Senate candidate for New York Diane Sare and Bronx Congressional candidate Jose Vega, Professor Norm Finkelstein pointed out that what is missing from all of the protest movements he has seen arise in the past decade is that \u201cnone of them have songs.\u201d He contrasted this to Martin Luther King\u2019s Southern Civil Rights movement, and the constant presence of singing, especially the Spirituals. He asked, \u201cName me what song there is that everyone associates with Black Lives Matter, or with Palestine, or with any other recent action. You can\u2019t! I know, because I\u2019ve been to out there for these gatherings.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of the 1989 movement that broke through the Berlin Wall, however, everyone \u201cinstinctively\u201d knew what the musical\/poetic inspiration\u2014not the \u201ctheme song,\u201d but the inspiration\u2014that embodied that great moment was: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/eir.news\/r\/99ba8b39?m=e6e885ec-2936-49b8-84d1-b2a9369836e5\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Beethoven\u2019s Ninth Symphony<\/u><\/a>. Friedrich Schiller\u2019s <em>Ode To Joy<\/em> poem, and the moral domain from which it proceeds, which Beethoven studied and thought about for thirty years before he set it to music in his great symphony, provides the aesthetic basis for a new Constitution for all of humanity. The Schiller Institute, and Helga Zepp-LaRouche\u2019s \u201c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/eir.news\/r\/14d510f6?m=e6e885ec-2936-49b8-84d1-b2a9369836e5\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Ten Principles for a New International Strategic and Development Architecture<\/u><\/a>,\u201d both proceed from the same domain, and the realization that it takes only a few people, organized as a Council of Reason, to make the realm of the Beautiful, become the realm of the True.
