For a Dialogue of Civilizations, The Urgency of a New Global Security and Development Architecture&#8221;<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0 The conference brought together speakers from more than 15 countries, to discuss the causes of the present civilizational crisis, and ideas on how to replace the establishment responsible for the crisis with a New Paradigm, which governs on behalf of all citizens of all sovereign nations.<br><br>The conference took up two themes: <strong>&#8220;The Strategic Danger of War and Chaos: Can It Be Stopped?&#8221;<\/strong>;
