Though NATO (27 of whose EU foreign ministers recently met on an emergency basis with Zelenskyy and others in Kiev) is nasty, and lethally so, it is also reactive, and therefore predictable. Africa, Asia and South America continue to be defiantly unconvinced of the righteousness of the \u201cUkrainian cause,\u201d as they increasingly are about other matters, from \u201cglobal warming policy\u201d to \u201cimmigration policy.\u201d And the failed \u201ccounter-offensive\u201d by Ukraine has meant that, when Zelenskyy tried to go to Congress, he and his handlers were too tone-deaf to realize that you should never ask the same people for more tens of billions of dollars to fight a war whose \u201cdecisive\u201d battle you have just lost. That\u2019s called \u201cthrowing good money after bad,\u201d not to mention lives. Though people don\u2019t say it out loud, you have become personally synonymous with failure, including \u201camong your own people.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In contrast, despite views to the contrary, the Zepp-LaRouche promotion of the German&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/schillerinstitute.nationbuilder.com\/r?u=ZrH-O2pW3WMJEwldQSi0k2BvXDbgBEYIpVFbT95I792Uw_TuwBaxuklRTRVQVhPwGe5shW8uTmqV3yCMYeoQye_H9PnyuHqHwUOd1692J2nwUqRA-FGkqeyupAmKIMbS&amp;e=b90521bd5aeb976757f8b1f6e6fd4050&amp;utm_source=schillerinstitute&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=webcast_10042023&amp;n=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cEnding the War by a Negotiated Peace\u201d initiative<\/a>, is an example of how to violate the ostensibly \u201cunbreakable\u201d constraints of the British intelligence-orchestrated advocacy of total war, including thermonuclear war. Look at what Britain just did, using the \u201cdeniable\u201d Nazi SS caper in the Canadian Parliament. As one publication pointed out, \u201cThe appearance of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in front of the Canadian Parliament was an important political event that was meticulously prepared. Invited guests would have been thoroughly vetted for security reasons.
